***Apostle’s Staff kindly requests high definition copies of all event media that features Apostle Byrd, including video, audio, and picture files.

TRAVEL

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS – The number of nights booked will depend on scheduled ministry and travel times. In most cases, Apostle Byrd prefers to book his own accommodations. If Apostle Byrd agrees for the Host to book accommodations, a king, non-smoking room should be provided, acceptable to Apostle Byrds’ travel standards.

AIR TRANSPORTATION – Apostle Byrd prefers to book his own flight itinerary with his preferred carrier.

WHAT IS THE CLOSEST COMMERCIAL AIRPORT?

WHAT IS THE DISTANCE AND ESTIMATED TRAVEL TIME BETWEEN THE CLOSET COMMERCIAL AIRPORT AND THE MEETING LOCATION?

GROUND TRANSPORTATION – If reliable, comfortable ground transportation is not available, Apostle Byrd prefers to book his own car rental.

RAVEL EXPENSES - An invoice will be submitted to the Host church/ministry for reimbursement of Apostle Byrds’ travel expenses, payable before the scheduled time of ministry.
